Add and view Emergency Contact Information in TradeSchool

You must be on Build 225 or greater to use this feature. Contact support@tradeschoolinc.com to scheduale an update.
Allow Apprentices to update Emergency Contacts
Click on the Settings Module. Next, go to Web Services > General My Account tab.
Check the box called Show Emergency Contact Information This will allow apprentices to update their emergency contact information from their webservices account.
Once the apprentice is logged in on the web they can update emergency information under the My Account > Personal> Contact tab.
Where Emergency Contact Info is Stored in TradeSchool
As an office admin you will be able to view the apprentices emergancy contact info in 2 places in TradeSchool.
- User Module
- General > Personal Tab
- Applications Module
- General > Overview >Other Contact Tab
When the office admin makes changes to the emergency contact info in one of these places in TradeSchool, it WILL change it on the web services side of things for the apprentice.
