Create Interview Panels

Put together a group of individuals who often interview applicants. You can have many different interview panels in TradeSchool that you can reuse again and again.

Post an Interview Panel to a Found Set of Applicants

Find the applications that will be interviewed by selected panel, then click the post button to assign each applicant the selected interview panel. This will generate the score sheets that will be ready to be filled out for each appliant.

Specify your Interview Scoring Time Frame

In the settings, give your interviewers a time frame during which they can score interviews. This time frame will allow the interviewers to score interviews that occur within the start and end time.

Interview Checkbox Settings

Show Interviews not on Current Date- This will allow the interview panelists to see all interviews they have been assigned to that are between the start and stop timestamp even if they are not on the current date of login.

Cannot re-submit interview Forms - This will make it so once an interview panelists submits an interview score for an applicant, they can't go back in and re-submit, they're locked out after submitting once.

Once everything has been set up, when the panelists login during the Interview time frame, they will have a special Interview tab where they can see the schedule of interviews for the day, and access the interview score sheets.

Fill out the Interview Score Sheets

For each interview, they can select the applicant from the list and fill out their score sheet. Access documents and application web steps that are enabled for panel view, such as their application form, transcripts, resume and more. The form is customizable, just like an online application form.

Their final score will input as the Overall score which will calculate into their average. You can view the score next to the panelist name under the Interview > Web Panels > Panelists tab in TradeSchool.
