Move Selected Applicants to Apprentices

1. Find the Applicants you'd like to move to Apprentices.
This is most likely based on their rank number. For example if you'd like to find the top 5 on the rank list, do a find for "<5" in the rank field.
2. Go to the Interview > Setup Tab
3. Move to Apprentices
If you're moving a single Applicant, click the "Create Apprentices" button. If you're moving a found set of applicants, click the "Batch Create" button. This will automatically create new Apprentice records in the Apprentices module, tied to the Applicant and pre-set the program to the program they applied to.
Create Setup
Use the Create Setup button to pre-set fields in the new apprentice record. This can be useful for pulling information automatically from the Application record to Apprentice record that don't automatically pull over, or setting fields that are always set consistently upon Apprentice creation.
4. Archive the Application records.
Now that these applicants have been accepted, you can Batch Archive and Change Status for them.
