A Program is a classification that contains many related settings. Programs are designed as a way for you to categorize your records that belong to different programs. Many workflows and views are Program Specific, and those program specific settings are located in the Settings Module.
In the Settings Module, navigate to the Apprentices > Programs tab to get started.
This is where you can create and edit your programs. Once a program is created, you can start adding the settings specific to that program.
Programs are not specific to dates.
When a program setting changes, do not create a new program. Modify the existing one instead!
Do not delete a program if you have records assigned to that program.
Create a New Program
To Create a new Program, click the Plus button on the bottom right side of the Portal. Down below the portal, fill in the Name and other necessary fields.
Edit an Existing Program
Select a Program from the list to edit it. You will see it highlighted blue when selected.
